How to Start With Us

Step 1 — Get in Touch

Call us, send an email, or ask your support coordinator to refer you. You can also fill out our online contact form. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.

Step 2 — We Have a Chat

One of our team will give you a call to understand what you're looking for — your goals, your current support, and what you'd like to change. No pressure, just a conversation.

Step 3 — We Build Your Plan

Together, we'll work out the right support schedule, the right worker, and the right approach — all documented in a clear support plan and service agreement.

Step 4 — Support Begins

Your support starts, and we check in regularly to make sure it's working well. If anything needs to change, just let us know.

To get started with Rebalance Community Care

To access NDIS supports with us, you’ll need to have an approved NDIS plan. If you’re not sure whether you have one or how to use it, your support coordinator or Local Area Coordinator (LAC) can help.

Questions We Often Hear

Can I choose my own support worker?

Yes — we’ll discuss your preferences when we first speak and do our best to match you with someone whose skills, experience and personality are a good fit. If the match isn’t working, just let us know and we’ll make a change.

What if I want to change or cancel my support?

You’re in control of your support. We ask for reasonable notice when you want to make changes or cancellations (this is outlined in your service agreement), but we always try to be flexible where we can.

Do you support people with complex medical needs?

Yes. Our team includes registered nurses and clinically experienced staff who are comfortable supporting participants with complex health conditions, high physical support needs, and clinical care requirements.

I'm self-managed — can I still use Rebalance?

Absolutely. We work with agency managed, plan managed and self-managed participants. Our team can advise on the appropriate invoicing process for your plan type.

How do I make a complaint?

We take feedback seriously. You can speak to your support worker, contact our office directly, or — if you prefer — contact the NDIS Commission at 1800 035 544. We’ll always try to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.
